Numerical Reasoning tests are standardized psychometric assessment tests that provide the employing organization with information about a candidate’s general numerical aptitude. These tests are designed to measure a candidate’s ability to make correct decisions or inferences from numerical or statistical data. It is intended to measure the ability to work with numerical data in a realistic workplace context.

The Korn Ferry Verbal Reasoning test assesses a candidate's ability to read, understand and interpret written information and the ability to evaluate arguments about this information. The Korn Ferry Verbal Reasoning test consists of two parts intermediate and hard. Both tests assess your ability to interpret and draw conclusions from work-related texts.

In these exercises, you will be given a passage of professional text. Underneath the text, there is a question. You will need to answer the question by giving the correct answer based on the information in the text.

A Raven’s Matrix Test is a test designed to measure your non-verbal, abstract and cognitive functioning. In the test, a candidate is presented with a matrix of 3x3 geometric designs, with one piece missing. The candidates' job is to choose the right diagram, from a set of five answers, that completes a pattern in the matrix that you have to figure out. The questions and answers are all completely non-verbal.

The Raven’s Matrix test is developed in the 1930’s by J.C. Raven to research how genetic aspects and environmental aspects influence intelligence. The Raven’s test is designed to have no cultural or ethnic bias, so it should measure only the genetic component of intelligence without the influence of environment. Today the test is widely used as a pre-employment assessment tool.
