The Hudson Abstract Reasoning test assesses your ability to detect operating principles in abstract information and to apply these principles on new information. This test is used to measure your overall potential regardless of foreknowledge, training, background or experience.

In this exercise, you will get to see a base screen with 2 types of figures called ‘original figures’ and ‘final figures’. Between both types of figures, you find one or several buttons. These buttons can be deactivated or deactivated. Every activated button determines what operation will be carried out on one or several of the original figures. It is up to you to compare the original figure(s) with the final figure(s), in order to find out what the effect of each activated button is.

You are allowed to use a piece of scrap paper during the test. You have 1 minute and 30 seconds to answer each question.

The Hudson Numerical Reasoning test assesses your ability to draw conclusions from professional tables and graphs. Numerical Reasoning Tests are designed to assess the understanding of tables of statistical and numerical data, as well as the ability to make logical deductions.

In this exercise, you will be presented a table or graph. Underneath the table/graph, there is a question; you will need to answer the question by giving the correct answer based on the provided information.

The Hudson Verbal Reasoning test consists of two parts intermediate and hard. Both tests assess your ability to interpret and draw conclusions from work-related texts.
