When applying to to Allegis you usually are asked to provide your personal details, your previous work experience and your previous education. Following this you are usually asked to have a interview on the telephone with a recruiter to discuss your work history and skills, to make sure you are a good fit for the position. After this another interview will usually be conducted with the hiring team. If all goes well you are usually invited for half a day at the organization where you will be further assessed.
